Home away from home.
There are many similarities between the Mornington Peninsula and the place I came from in Poland. It’s little wonder then, that I enjoy living peninsula.
There is something to be said about the sea breeze and the sound of gulls. I don’t even have to go to the beach, I just need to know that I am close to the coast.
The images I am sharing this month are all from the Tri-City area where I come from. Gdansk is the largest of the three cities, while Sopot is the smallest. Blue skies in September, autumn is usually very wet, but we were very fortunate with the weather. With the tourists all but gone, I managed to get a photo on the pier (Molo) without too many people in the way 😜
My newsletter is 2 weeks late, but hopefully it was worth it, as for the first time in a long time, I am able to share photos from Poland.
