Flinders Street Station could quite easily be the barometer for the social mood of this great city of ours. And during these tough times, it is eerily quiet. I have never seen this city landmark as quiet as it was last week.
One can only hope that the nation and the world make a quick recovery, and that the crowds come back to the famous clocks of Flinders Street.
